Payment
Paypal is
accepted for payment, but you do not need a Paypal account. You can pay with
any major credit or debit card via paypal.
All payments
will show on your statement as being made to Manju Raj/Marvellous Jewels.
Packaging
Each item is
placed in a zip lock bag to prevent tarnishing and a white cotton-filled gift
box. Items will be shipped in padded envelopes.

Shipping Method
I ship within
continental USA, using USPS first class package shipping. Once payment is
received, and confirmed, items will be shipped within 1-4 days excluding Sundays
and holidays.
In the event you
need an item sooner or you would like to add shipping insurance please contact
me. I will then ship sooner for additional cost with a new invoice sent to the buyer.
Please make sure
your PayPal address is up to date.
BUYERS ARE
RESPONSIBLE FOR ENTERING THE CORRECT ADDRESS INTO PAYPAL AT THE TIME OF
PURCHASE.
I cannot be held
responsible for shipments that have been misdirected due to incorrect address
provided at checkout.
Refunds and
Exchanges
I try to provide
an accurate representation of my Jewelry through quality photos and detailed
material descriptions.
Please notify me
in advance of returning an item. Returns are accepted within 5 days of the date
you receive your order. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition.
If the item(s) show signs of use, refund will be declined. Refunds will exclude shipping charges. For example if the item you bought is $9.99 and the shipping cost was $2.99, then the total refund amount for that item will be $7.00.
Please ship returns in a padded envelope, and include a copy of your order invoice. I cannot take
responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Return shipping cost is buyer's
responsibility.

contact me before leaving feedback and I will do my best to resolve.
